Republican Golf Classic Sponsorship Committee Members Meeting will be held at the time and location, only our Hole Sponsors and Member know about. (Members Only)
Is meeting is limited to only Sponsorship Committee Members and guest of member(s) and Hole Sponsors. This informative and master networking events will provide some very tasty charcuterie boards and a cash bar and updated insight about our overall goal.
Fees: $40 each for members and guest of member. No cost for hole sponsors party of 1 or 2 individuals.
Theses meetings are only for those who are already Hole Sponsors and or have filled our Sponsorship Committee Member agreement by the time of the date they plan on attending. (Please see attachment).

Sponsorship Committee Meetings – Other meeting based on committee members goals will be added overtime as needed.
Republican Golf Classic Magazine: Deadline August 15th. (Hole Sponsors receive 2-full pages to showcase what best suits them.) Reminder every golfer receives a copy of this historical perfect bound printed edition and everyone receives a copy of the online edition emailed to them on May 16th, 2024 Monday.
Republican Golf Classic 2024: May 27th, 2024 7am to 5pm (A full day of enjoyment)
7am to 8am Check-in
8am to 10am Breakfast (Hole Sponsors & Sponsoring Candidates Review)
1oam to 3pm Golfing (Many hole challenges and our $10,000.00 Hole-in-one on the Money Hole)
10:30am to 1:30pm Slow Travel Conference Day 2/2
3pm to 5pm Award Banquet w/Raffles and $1,000,000.00 Hole-in-one Drawing
Sponsorship Committee Members Dinner: Thank you dinner will be held on October 4th, 2024 (Friday 5pm to 7pm) Fee: No Cost for Members – Members Guest $100 each
